"War Inc." rating?

Is there a rating for "War Inc.", yet? Someone (on another board I'm on) said they heard it was going to be rated R. But I thought it was kind of soon for them to already have a rating on it, seeing as they aren't done filming it, yet. Just wondering if anybody has heard about the rating. I hope it's only rated PG-13 because I won't see it if it is rated R. And I don't think Hilary would go into an R rated movie right away. This would be her first PG-13 movie. I think it would shock her fans too much if she did an R movie. She has just eased into more adult roles and wouldn't make that big of a leap that fast. Ya'know what I mean? So please let me know if there has been anything on the rating.

A movie can be made with a target rating, like writing a script with lots of profanity, nudity, or violence. But You cant have a rating before its made. Ratings are given by a committee of Parents (called the Classification and Rating Administration) created by the MPAA. They view it, and vote on a rating to give it.

Oh ok. I thought it was pretty soon for them to have a rating for it already. I really hope it isn't rated R and I would be surprised if it was rated R. If it is really rated that, this would be the first Hilary Duff movie I won't see.
