ever since the Lizzie Mcguire show was a big hit the star Hilary Duff was rising and rising to 2005 biggest rising star! But could she be falling? If you have noticed...Hilary Duff seems to be going down the tube to unpopularity! Keep it up Hil.

I'm not sure if she has fallen or not because her "Most Wanted" cd was really popular and so was her "Wake Up" music video. Was that a question or and article you posted?
