Does anybody know if Hilary is going to be appearing at the Teen Choice Award?

The First wave: the categories are Music:Female Artist

i guess she will if she is an nominee but i guess it depends on her tour dates

Yup, all depends on tour dates, but I doubt she will... I hope she's at the MTV music awards though (this month)
