Hilary Duff will star in the Miramax Films comedy Outward Blonde, which is currently out to directors. The film centers on a materialistic New York girl who gets sent on an Outward Bound program after she fails gym class.

Duff is filming The Heart of Summer, opposite Rita Wilson, John Corbett and Rebecca De Mornay for New Line Cinema. She next stars in A Cinderella Story for Warner Bros. Pictures and is developing a sitcom for CBS.
