Hayden in "Room 23"

There are plenty of places you can go if you want to spot a celebrity in Los Angeles. But, in the months either side of Christmas 2007, the best place for some serious star spotting was the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. One hundred stars, including George Clooney, Elton John, Dennis Hopper, Lindsay Lohan, Cindy Crawford and Sharon Stone, visited the hotel, and one suite in particular. Holed up inside room 23 was the photographer Deborah Anderson and a skeleton crew of stylists, make-up artists and hairdressers.
