Heroes starlet Hayden Panettiere wasn't in the mood for chit-chat while attending a fundraiser for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific Foundation in Honolulu on Sunday.

The feisty nineteen-year old erupted when a TV reporter tapped her
shoulder to get her attention. "Don't you ever touch me!" she said.

Obviously perturbed, she then quizzed one of her publicity handlers,
"Oh, am I supposed to do interviews?"

Things didn't end there. Still reeling from the encounter, she sauntered
past various anxious reporters, refused to answer questions, and barked,
"you all make my life miserable."

Could poor Hayden still be working through some issues over here recent
split with co-star Milo Ventimiglia? Offering her some respite was hunky David Long, who also attended the event. The pair was spotted in lengthy conversation in a private cabana for over an hour according to US Weekly.
