Reminds me of the Assasin's Creed cover pic, but it's not that. It's a graphic novel character. Probably a Marvel one. I know it, but I can't think. Darn.

Well it's probrably not what your thinking of. Although it is a comic its a fake comic from a TV series. The Dark Defender is a character that appears in a episode of Dexter, where a comic bokk store owner has made the 'Bay Harbor Butcher'(Dexter) into a comic book hero.
