Default Best and worst Eliza interviews

What is your favorite Eliza interview, and why?????

Personally I like:
1. E! News Live Wrong Turn Interview 2003, Because she was very relaxed,
cool outfit and at the peek of her career.
2. Both interviews with Carson Daly, she was hot and outrageous.
3. All 3 Conan O'Brian Interviews, simply because she was relaxed
and funny.
4. "Open Graves Behind the Scenes" because we got to see what it's like to
be Eliza on the set of a movie.

Least favorite:
1. E! news Comic Con, she wasn't sure what to say, she was very self-conscious.
2. Jay Leno Interview, she was very nervous.

I think she's been really nervous in all her major interviews, even Conan. It's just easier to hide with him because he's such a big character and she can go "big" herself. Her worst major interview was probably Letterman, she was a bag of nerves there and it didn't help that the old guys were perving on her.

Eliza forums across the land melted down after her Carson appearance. That has to be the worst overall. Thank God we never saw gangsta Eliza again.

As for best, that E! interview was perfect and I loved her Richard and Judy appearance too ("WHOOOSH!"). I saw both of those interviews live too, so I'm sure that adds to my bias towards them.

I'm not sure. I do have one complaint, we've hardly seen her over in Blighty doing an interview. The last one I think (Simon will correct me if I'm wrong) was when she was on Richard and Judy, and was promoting TC. Bloody Richard kept interrupting her!

We were lucky to just get that one interview. She was only in the country originally for the convention and unless she did something in Albania we don't know about, that's the only international talk show that she's ever done.

Any links to those interviews?
And wow, I hope the wrong turn wasn't the peak of her career.

I dont like it when she is all gangsta kinda like she was when she got Punk'd. I liked when she got Punk'd but when she puts up a front I dont like it. I know they all put up a front when they know they have been punk'd.

I do love the Open Graves one too because it seems very natural. I like her natural. The Letterman one where she was sick was awful cause I felt they were making fun of her and while she played along I just wanted to slap letterman and pervy spade

I think she tends to be cute and very charming in all her interviews. As long I get to see them, I have no complaints.

Simon: Instead of Richard and Judy, they should have let you Mat and me do it. Mind you the three of us would just sit there in awe.

Richard interrupts everyone, everytime!!! And they really were clueless about the show lol.

I'd love to see more UK Eliza interviews - I haven't seen all that many cos I never know if they show over here, I think she always comes across well to me though.

Yeah she does. Though the problem with the chat shows here (Ross and Norton) is that they seem to talk about themselves mostly during the interview. Jonathan's Film show is different, as he talks about their films, and I'd like to see her on that.

I'd like to see her on Oprah, but again who wouldn't?!
or maybe at the end of 2008 she could be on Barbra Walters as one of the ten most important people of the year, of course she'd have already won an award or two for "The Alphabet Killer" and "Dollhouse".
Just dreamin', you can't blame a girl for dreamin.

I vote to see her on Rove, come on down to Australia Eliza, you can throw a few shrimp on the barbie and ride a kangaroo to school, oh wait... nobody does that! Mmm I reckon in Rove's early years he was a bit pervy too. The funniest Letterman I saw was not Eliza but when I think Gillian Anderson quit smoking, she was on there and she took over the whole interview practically, she was mad ADD, when I saw James Masters on Rove he was the same, something about nicotine patches make people very crazy and ADD. But I digress, I think the best interviews are always the most down to earth with a little bit of wit thrown in for good measure.

Well Jax, if wanting to see Eliza on Rachael Ray is crazy, then we're both crazy..
I've said it before, I would love to see her cooking and joking with Rachael..
I find them very similar in ways.. their wit, their loudness, even their voices..

Although... at least Jonathan Ross and Graham Norton seem to get something different out of their interviewees. I'm actually slightly bored of hearing Eliza get asked the same questions over and over again and coming out with the same answers.

Having said that I would love to see her on Ellen's show. I think Ellen would adore her.

Ellen's roughly the same though. That's what I found when I saw her interview with Love Hewitt in October of last year. You are right about those guys getting something different out of their guests Keri. Mostly because Ross and Norton do things on tv that US chat show hosts can't.

Oh I dunno... personally I find Ellen's interviews more interesting... more fun. And anyway does Love Hewitt actually have anything interesting to say?
