According to whedon.info, this was from H Magazine, November 2007 (?) , but Sonya could be right.

That was such a down to earth honest interview. I know it was short but there was just Eliza and nothing else.

All I could think of when Eliza mentioned a train in Transylvania was that great line in the hilarious Mel Brooks movie "Young Frankenstein":
