Yep, you read it correctly. Mom Dushku talks about Eliza in details, and gives out some very funny and quite surprising never heard before information about Eliza !!!!!!!!!!!

You can watch Wrong Turn or something while it loads. just put it on pause until it's ready, then enjoy.

This lecture was made in The University of Colorado at Boulder, 57th Annual Conference on World Affairs April 4, 2005, at the UMC Center.

To facilitate, I registered the time that she was talking. Because there are two other people with her, the makers of Star Wars, and Lord of The Rings. But you are free to watch the whole thing.

I just remembered, I did find another video of another lecture where she talks about teen sex, her life as a mormon and the rules she had made at her household, including tips and pieces about Eliza's sex life!!
But I don't know if I am allowed to post that here. Although she talks about it tastefully, and it is a public lecture and she knows it's been taped ?? Should I share ??

Wow! Nice find. Lots of interesting Eliza stuff in the first vid and I eagerly await the second

I liked how the filming process was discussed and some of the disagreements between Eliza/the Writers and the producers on Tru Calling.

Also is there anyone who could convert this interviw to a downloadable version?

I think it would be okay to share the other video. I think if she has spoken about it publicly she is okay with it and I am sure Eliza knows about it as well

The Desmond Harrington thing surprised me as well cause I remember seeing on the extra footage her jumping up in to his arms after they call cut on a scene.

In the Wrong Turn commentary, there's a very brief moment where Desmond says under his breathe that there were broken hearts on set or something to that effect.

I'm not able to watch this yet, so I don't know if that ties into anything. I'll definately be giving it a watch though, so thanks Sonya!

one time, i emailed her mom via suffolk's website pretending to be interested in suffolk university. i was like 16. we emailed back and forth about studying abroad in africa and numerous women's movements. she was so rad.

Yeah there is an Eliza Dushku on facebook, who you cannot poke or message through their profile but you can through someone elses friends list, another weird anomaly of facebook.
They have the 6 Degrees of Separation App. and they are 4 Degrees from me just by chance because they are linked to ppl who are linked to a random who added me after I attacked them in Ninjas and Pirates.

No wait I'll take that back. It's been a while, I'll have to check again. But I do remember finding Eliza's step-dad Jim Coleman. Don't know if it was through Judy's friends' list or not.

Ok, I just checked on my facebook and it's gone, no Judy, no Ben, no Jim, they're all gone, or made private! hmmmmmmmmm...

I looked after I posted and I was able to see her friends. I didnt check any of the others. However I just went and checked abd you can see her friends and if Ben had friends you would be able to see his!

I searched under Eliza Dushku and two came up one as Eliza Dushku and the second was Eliza Patricia Dushkue...come on with an E on the end?

I dont think I would ask to be their friends...I am sure they get asked all the time by her fans and that kinda puts you across the line from fan to semi stalker!

And you're right. Those people are entitled to some privacy and we "Eliza fans" don't need to be harrassing them. I'm sure ED's family gets asked a lot about her probably on a semi-daily basis and they're used to it, but it is disturbing.

Mmmm yeah facebook is more personal, I know you can have private myspaces, but I tend to think of facebook as being the personal one of people you know directly and myspace as being the more public one. There are a few ppl I have not added to myspace, just cause I'm not sure but with facebook there is only one person who has added me that I didn't already know directly in some manner.
