Absolutely not, there's no need to take it down. I think it's a lovely picture of Eliza and her puppy, in my opinion, there's nothing bad about the photo, it is very cute. Obviously, the dog is just happy to see Eliza, and it made me smile when I first saw it, all dogs like to be close to the person they love. I've had dogs that have done the same thing to me.
Maybe I'm overreacting, but what bothered me is how crudely it was used by the offending website that tried in the basest way to put forth an false image that wasn't the truth about what actually occured. What makes you wonder is, if they take a relatively innocent picture and make it appear to be bad, how many other celebrities and other people have they done this to? It seems to be a sickness among the tabloid press to find the worst, even if they have to make it up.
