Shes said in interviews that she doesnt do any martial arts, but she does do Yoga and Tae Bo.

I think she also picked up a few moves from working on Buffy...

You sure she does'nt do martial arts. Because i read her quotes. She said she could street fight. And she said something about she knows martial arts. I feel bad if someone messes with her. To me she looks like a martial artist to me.

Yes, shes said she can street fight, and shes also admitted to almost breaking a girls nose in a bar fight. She hasn't had any formal martial arts training though, other than what she was taught on Buffy:

Eliza Dushku: No. But I grew up with three big brothers. We used to play tackle football. I was a tomboy til age 10, and still am kind of. That was my practice. Tai Bo is so great. I tell you!

Though she lacked the martial arts training for which Gellar is renowned, Dushku says growing up fending off three older brothers made her "as tough as I got, I was sort of a tomboy growing up, tackle football and that kind of stuff. I do a little bit of Tae-Bo - it's like a mix between kick-boxing and tai kwon do without any physical contact - and I think it's great training for the show, it's basically the kind of fighting we do on the shows. We do roundhouse kicks and uppercuts and punches. You can enhance your speed through doing them, and the height of your kicks. I've gotten really into it, I like that fighting feel."

There you go! she knows tae bo. That is in a way a martial art. It may not be a style. But it's good for self defence. She really broke a girls nose . My kind of women

Thanks for the congrats on my new arrival. Luckily, she looks more like her mother than me.

She should play in fighting movies. She could play a cop that tracks down a killer that rapes females. That would be hot right there. She could use martial arts moves on there like she did on buffy. She may not be a real martial artist. But she could fool a lot of people. She got good balance in her kicks. Out of all the actors, and actress, that was taught to do martial arts in movies. She the only one that i saw fits a discription of a martial artist. She got good balance and form. That's coming from a person that's in the martial arts himself. I would love to train her martial arts. So this way if she makes movies, that she has to fight. She will be a true martial artist. But i still like the photos of her in that white pants. Congrats on your new born Eliza czman.
