Ive tried looking for it at my bookstore (the only one here...and its small -_-)but no luck here. so i preordered it. i should come in a month -_-

I'd not heard of Running with Scissors, but as you two mentioned it I looked it up and it sounds really good. Maybe we should start a bookclub?

It's actually been made into a movie and is coming out later this year. The ever wonderful Evan Rachel Wood is in it! I wanted to read the book before I saw the movie. So far, I've read one chapter and have already decided that it is quite amusing. A book club would be cool! I'm always looking for cool stuff to read.

hey aph, isnt the movie already out? even if it is, i cant watch it. i'd have to take a 4 to 6 hour drive to watch it. our theatre never gets "select theatre" movies

No, it's not out yet. It's opening later this month in October. IMDB says October 20th (limited) and then October 27th, so maybe it'll open somewhere close to you on the later date!
