To clear up the locked Eliza Dushku boyfriend thread...

Hey all! RareAir23 here...act naturally. Anyway, came by the Eliza forum today just to look around and found a thread discussing the "who" about a possible boyfriend. I'm here to answer that (or do my best to do just that).

The answer is yes, she has a boyfriend and has had this guy in her life for about 9 months now (I read the info I believe in People Magazine or US Weekly). I don't remember his name for the life of me but I do remember the background on this guy. He is the son of a major industry (NOT Hollywood industry mind you) CEO and heir to his fortune. In other words, the guy is BEEPing loaded.

I'm looking on Google for this guy's name and anymore data I can get on this guy so we all know the 411 on this guy. Stay tuned to this thread cause if I find anything I'll edit this post with the updated data. Hope that helps, sorry to break a couple hearts here. Out!

For all the newbies:

The guy's name is Chris Ovitz. They are not currently dating. We're not sure they were ever dating since they were never been photographed together and sources close to Chris said he was dating someone else.

Chris' dad is Michael Ovitz. He used to be CEO of Disney before he was fired/quit and there has been a huge court case recently over his severance pay.

Michael Ovitz after leaving Disney ran the management agency, The Firm, which represents Eliza. There's a rather well-known story that Eliza tells frequently that her grandmother called Michael Ovitz to complain about Eliza's sex scene in the Buffy episode, The Zeppo. Eliza and the Ovitzes go way back.

Chris Ovitz is 24 and a film student at UCLA. He's not a scholar, as People magazine made him out to be. He flunked out of Brown, so his dad got him into UCLA so he can make movies. One of his fellow UCLA film students had a rant about how much they disliked him in their blog.

Eliza's been seen out and about with Michael Bortone and Roman Diaz. These are the two guys with her in Punk'd. Michael is 30 and from Watertown, Mass. According to Eliza, Roman is her "stylist". He's a freelance stylist in LA that frequently works for YM magazine.

Faith-fan, I think you are wrong at least if you say that the boy Eliza was kissing at the Motorola event is Chris Ovitz. He is Mike Birtone, the same guy that attended with her the Miramax Golden Globes party and the Coach Carter premiere, and yep, he is one of the guys in Punk'd.
About Chris Ovitz there was a lot of rumours last year, but that relationship was never confirmed.

And Lindsay, Eliza is not married, at least for the moment...
