Tru R2 Release Date

Play.com are reporting that the DVD boxset will be released May 9th with a RRP of £39.99 ...they're calling it "The Complete Series" which may suggest that it's both seasons but I don't think we should get our hopes up as only the first season has been rated by the British Board of Film Classification.

EDIT: apparently im told Play.com have reduced the price to 32.99, which is better :D

'Complete Series' could just refer to S1, we don't tend to call them 'seasons' here...

I actually think it just stems from the US FOX site calling the R1 release 'The Complete Series' at one point. We should know for sure before it's release though, FOX should do a press release shortly with more details about the discs and fingers crossed, some artwork.

I Hope the artwork is better than the R1 DVDs - I didnt like them at all....

Presumably Eliza did a promo photoshoot for S2 back in the summer, its surprising that none have leaked out so far....hopefully FOX are holding on to them for a S2 DVD release...

Cool, its good to know thanks for that.. it is really pricey for just the second season six episodes though [img]graemlins/block.gif[/img]

It could very well contain the second season episodes. If it does, I'm betting they won't have commentaries or bonus features other than what's on the season 1 Region 1 set.

Amazon.co.uk are selling this for £29.99 and are also calling it the complete series.

Mine says 'The Complete First Season'. I think the early artwork might have said 'The Complete Series' though?

Gotta say, think thats a bit off, releasing the first season on its own, and then re-releasing with Season 2 episodes (if thats what they're doing, and i presume they are)
