No, it isn't a yoga video. It's Geri Haliwell's music video for "It's Raining Men" which was used in the Bridget Jones Diary soundtrack.

Cheers for that - I have seen "It's raining men" but never knew he was in it. Cool. PLUS my mum has the yoga video so I can check that too hehehe :D

but he is also in the 'Geri does Yoga' boxset, although i think hes only on one of the vids, the first one.
