Hey I'm New here, i have somethin to say about eliza

hey everyone, this is awesome. you guys are the coolest i have been readin ur posts and i laughed pretty hard at most of them i have been dying to post one. anyway i wanted to say that eliza was voted worst dressed at the golden globes, which i thought was dumb cause her outfit may have been ugly but she wore it well just like with all her other clothes, which makes her not worst dressed in my book, what do u guys think about it? please post back thanks

I didn't think she looked bad or should i say that her dress was that bad. The colors were..um..bright, haha, but I don't see where the heck they came up with her as being the worst dressed. But i don't pay any attention to that cause i just think it is kinda stupid,ya know to say someone is worst dressed or best dressed. Oh well, goes along with the business i geuss.

I liked the dress, it suited her. These people dont know what the hell their on about! At the moment women are more or less being told they have to dress like sienna miller to be hip!
I love the way eliza isnt a fashion victim and obviously wears what she likes not what she thinks she sholud be seen in...

That's exactly what I said to my friend... they always vote on what goes way out to the little black dress... altough I have to say that eliza's bra was showing all the time behind that dress... anyway, she looks pretty as always (it's a pity I can't said the same about the boyfriend... as much as i like eliza, that dress was absolutely hideous! But i really don't see the point in worst dress, best dressed votes. Who is it that does that anyway? Whats his name? blackwell?

It also makes people feel better about themselves - "OK, I'm not beautiful or successful, but at least I'm not on the worst-dressed list!" :rolleyes: Kind of like the Beckhams - they're pretty (well he is) and have an enviable amount of money and lifestyle, but you can't help feeling a bit superior. ;)

I thought her dress rocked, it was unique and eyecatching. I think it's awful she was pinned with 'worst dressed', because there was absolutely nothing wrong with it!! *Mutters* Just because it wasn't the same as everybody elses...

Perhaps I'm being really cynical, but if she'd worn that dress before Tru flopped, do you think it might have been received a bit differently?
