Wrong Turn DVD promo!

yay there was a promo for the Wrong Turn DVD! this is good! it was on mtv, so theyre tryin to reach a bunch of people, which is good, and i think ive seen one before, not sure what channel that was though. but this is still good! i cant wait!

Great news. I think the movie will do better on DVD than it did in the theatres. The R rating won't have such an influence. Also, people who didn't live near a theatre that was playing it get to finally see it after waiting so long (I'm in that group of people...)

Never seen a promo for the Wrong Turn DVD yet. But good thing there are some out there!

lol i actually just saw another one, most seem to mainly feature eliza (and why shouldnt they! lol), this time on SpikeTV. lol so we know theyre trying to appeal to men as well as teens. lol

It might get another boost from all the Tru Calling promos running on Fox. If Fox starts airing the Wrong Turn ones, it would probably benefit them as well as the movie. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Fox did some radio spots too, so listen for them. I haven't heard them yet, but there's 15 and 30 spots. I don't think Fox did radio spots for the theatrical release, so they're definately spending more money on the promotion of the Wrong Turn DVD release.

I saw LOT'S of promo's when it came out in theatres, but I haven't seen any DVD promo's...the music stores and video stores all have posters up though :D

The only promo I've seen is a poster at a video store downtown. They said they were getting the movie. I love the poster so much, first time I've actually seen one not counting online. I won't be getting it at the video store though, I'll be buying it on DVD of course. ;)

Let's hope it does. It's great to hear that WT is getting this ammount of promotion. I also hope that it'll do well on DVD avd video. The annoying thing is that we've got to wait until March '04 for it! :mad: [img]graemlins/flame.gif[/img] Why?!? Oh well...*sigh*

Yes...good point. Or look at it on the other hand. Maybe TC will benefit from WT coming out so close to the premiere. When this movie came out in theatres, I swear that this forum welcomed a couple dozen or more new fans who saw her in 'Wrong Turn' and was immediately interested in Eliza. Now lets look at that on a bigger scale...if a lot of people all around North America and beyond buy or rent WT and like Eliza, they may feel obliged to check out TC. [img]smile.gif[/img]
