Just thought that you guys might like to know that you can now pre-order the Tru Calling First Season DVDs at Amazon.com [img]smile.gif[/img] $41.99 doesn't seem bad at all and the customer reviews are very good. Can't wait to see the artwork [img]graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img]

good for you guys, is there any news on a region 2 dvd? Should we start bombarding people with emails for a region 2 dvd, or it too early yet???!!!

DVDSoon hasn't put it on their pre-order list yet, so I'm gonna wait and see what deal they can give me before I buy elsewhere.

I'll be buying R2 no doubt, it's just I anticipate a delayed R2 release so I can see myself being stung twice. If it's released before Christmas though, I'll wait.

Thanks for the info dudes. Think here in SG we go on Region 2 as well.. Havent been home long enough to check my player though. Well this is one thing I'm definately getting .. Hope there'd be news on the region 2 release soon. It should if TC is out in Aussie & UK yeah? [img]graemlins/orbit.gif[/img]

The simple and only reason I buy Region 1 DVDs, is price. I can get box sets and individual DVDs from Canada for less than half what I would pay for some of them here.

In the last 8 weeks I have bought 3 box sets and 13 single DVD movies from Canada, and it's cost me less than 2 of the Box Sets would have cost me to buy here in the UK, even if I was getting them from a competative on-line company and not in the shops.

If you can get something for less, and have the ability to use it on a Region-Free DVD player, then why not save yourself some money?

depends how long the region 2 are gonna take. If they arent that far behind region 1 then yeah i'll wait!!

yeh i have a region free dvd pleayer too, but i'm just worried cos they introduced something called irc..or something with three letters, its something which stops region 1 dvd's being played abroad.
