just ad email of tele-charge.com,looks like its offical now,here's what they said,

Thank you for your inquiry. Eliza Dushku is no longer in the cast of "Dog Sees God" at the Century Center Theatre in New York.

I called Telecharge by phone, and she's no longer part of the cast. I did get a full refund of my ticket, though, since I pointed out to them that the "official" DSG website is STILL advertising her as on the cast, and that basically constitutes fraud.

Of course, I still have non-refundable airfare to NYC, and I haven't been there in a year or more, so now I have to find a good play to go and see. Any suggestions?

Awww **** it! Ive gotta say im really pissed off. Not at Eliza, dont get me wrong, but firstly at the DSG website for not updating or putting out an official line, and because that was the first thing i saw when i opened my pressie from my other half, and now its not going to happen.

I really should tell him too, shouldnt i....

Well, I'm ticked because I was going to drop everything and go to the play last weekend when I heard she was leaving. But then everybody called the box office and such, and they said she wasn't leaving. Then the next day, they all admit it. Outrageous. Typical though, they wouldn't announce it because they want to trick people into buying the tickets anyway.

Good going Mike. The communication on this has been incredibly poor bearing in mind the fanbases of the stars involved.

Personally I'd wait till you were out there, see what the buzz is and pick tickets up cheap in Times Square from the booth rather than booking ahead.

Andrew: I think Faith_Fan is referring to the new pilots for TV shows that are in the offing and Eliza making sure she is available? I didn't think she wanted to do TV for a while, but who knows?

Sounds like a plan. Thanks, I had forgotten about the rush tickets you could get there. Even if I don't see a show, just being back in Manhattan will be nice. I haven't been in over a year now, and there's always so much to see.

I always have a little drama attached to going back there, just because I flew OUT of there on 9/10 and woke up a few hours later to you know what. I was also part of the rescue effort in the OKC bombing, so waking up to 9/11 really set me reeling. Okay, so moving on...

Someone e-mailed me about how I got my refund and I managed to lose it before I could reply. Sorry, but I don't have a contact name, I just laid it out to them pretty much like I said in my first post here. And yes, the DSG website STILL has Eliza as part of the cast.

AFAIK Eliza was replaced by Melissa Picarello and Ian by Colby Chambers. I'm not sure if America has left yet. She and the rest of the cast were spotted at a party earlier this week...

Well, thats it. Its closed.
My boyfriend got an email from Telecharge saying the show closes today. 3 days before we fly out.
Im so pissed off i could spit (if you'll pardon the expression).
Well, i am going to enoy my birthday trip without a Peanuts parody it would seem, but really, it wouldn't have been the same without Eliza anyway.
