The actress, who had been repped by Jason Heyman, departed the agency over the weekend and is currently taking meetings with a number of the majors. The now-twentysomething Bynes had leading roles in 2006's gender-bending high-school comedy "She's the Man" for Dreamworks and Warners' 2003 election comedy "What a Girl Wants;" she had a supporting role in New Line's "Hairspray" last summer. Bynes also is set to star opposite Harry Connick Jr. in "Living Proof," the Craig Zadan-Neil Meron medica drama set to air this fall on Lifetime. She also has had a starring role on the long-running syndicated sitcom "What I Like About You." Bynes' move comes after a slower period on the agency carousel. In the spring, a raft of talent swapped agencies, including Robert DeNiro, who left CAA for Endeavor, and John C. Reilly, who departed Endeavor for CAA. Emile Hirsch, Ben Stiller Miley Cyrus and Paul Thomas Anderson were among those who departed their respective agencies.
