Yay, more photos, every day theres a new set. If theres one good thing about the strike its that Amanda has all this time to do nothing but make promotional appearances. I guess the stars have to do this to stay in the spotlight.

I don't know what it stands for or what their purpose is. But a gift lounge is typically a bunch of stands set up where the people who are invited to it (in this case Amanda and other celebs) get to go to each stand and grab anything they want for free. It's basically like companies giving their newest products to celebrities for free heh

It doesn't make any sense to me either. Amanda's attitude was not in any way brat"ish". She simply just selected a nice piece of clothing and would ofcourse be willing to advertise it by taking a picture or two. She had no idea that she had to introduce herself. I would understand Amanda would be a brat if she just storm off or say bad words to the vendor.
It is just a simple mistake. This little piece of story have been twisted around. Remember the thing Amanda said about "older men in the industry who take advantage of girls" to Tyra? Her statement got twisted so much by the media, that it sounded really frightening and that Amanda was seriously in danger or something and was lucky.

Those types of sites just like to post gossip and make it sound as negative as possible to get hits and sell ads. Not only did she not say anything inappropriate but 90% of the time these types of sites have no idea what happened at an event anyway.

Amanda is so awesome that everybody wants her name in their articles. And so those tabloid-type sites have a problem on their hands... since she doesn't give them anything to they'd like to write about.

Well, there is only one solution to that... "lets just make up our own stories"

At least that's my take on the situation
