The Amanda Forum aka TAF

Hey guys.How are you all.I was wondering if any of you still remember the old TAF (The Amanda Forum) .I know it was my first forum where I talked with persons that loved Amanda as much as I did.There I met some interesing persons like :Rory,Carla,Timothy,ringkhals etc
Anyone still remember that forum? I think it was soemthing like www.the-amandaforum.stefanoostwegel.nl or so...

I was registered there. Maybe the webmaster there was too busy with school or other things to continue it.

I remember TAF very well. It was a fun forum. But I like this one better because Rory does such a great job.

Yes, mostly Tom, and I think Walmartshopper (he didnt post much but he was the tech guy), and Fofinha. And Capt I think was like an S-mod. There may have been one more, Pranks was there a lot, he might know. And Capt is still around places, he would know.

Yeah TOm and Fofi!But as far as I know the owner fo the board.who was very very busy, was Stefan a NL person ....Man I surely loved that board casue it was the first AB board ever for me

It was also my first AB board, i remember i was one of the youngest!
Yes i also remember Tom and Fofi.
I had stefan oostwegel on msn, bud i haven't spook to him for a wile,
he was also dutch just like me..

I still talk to Stefan online and he is fine and well ....He sends special greetings to you all and says he misses you all and especially TAF...And now the story behind it...TAF doesnt exist cause of a bad joke from a guy/girl who thought it would be funny to virusate it!
TAF had been attacked by a trojan virus and that's why it doesnt exist anymore...All the data was lost on that attack and Stefan doesn't have the time to make a new one.He tried to regian some data but no chance.He apologizes in from on you all and says he is sorry.
And he wishes you all to have fun in the future and is happy to see you all remember him.
Thats the message he said I should transmit you....
Any other reminders on TAF guys?

That's awful! I can't believe that someone would do that to him and his wonderful board. Rory, I hope you have protections on this board so that something like that doesn't happen here!

We do have some security here, and backups which are refreshed ever 12 hours. Hackers, bots, and spammers have all attacked us before with a few different tricks.

Him to but that attack wa totally different...He never had such a attack before...He was also amazed on what that guy/girl did!And he was very sad he had lost all of it...
But maybe someday who knows he will find the tiem to reopen it.....I sure hope so...
BTW:Tom was coadmin but he is also admin on AB-UK which is also offline.Anyone know why?

Yes... it's because my computer and my webspace were wiped clean on the exact same day! I got my PC restored but lost everything I uploaded. I shall eventually have most, if not all of the old cap galleries (WILAY, for the most part) reuploaded on new webspace. I'll continue to post new caps of any TV shows that feature Amanda over here, but Britain is still extremely unaware of how amazing Amanda Bynes is.

I'm pretty sure TAF is not coming back. Ringkhals, Fofinha and I were working on a rivival after the old host got deleted, but the community kind of drifted apart. But I see mostly everyone got back together on here so that worked out okay.

Where have I seen Ringhals lately, on SP maybe. Fofinha and Stefan I havent seen one time since TAF went offline.

YO TOM!!OMG I am so happy to see you!I know you are Fofi and Rign are working on it and I saw it till Ring chnaged the domian.You did a pretty good job with it ...I also talk to Foif and Stefan when they got time or are online.They are well and healty.Tom I let you a msg in prv pls respond whne you got time...
