I got one from early 2004 when Amanda was on Jimmy Kimmel. I believe it was on January 15th, 2004. If not, you can correct the date.

Thanks. Actually I created the video myself from my own archives, which is why it was hard to find online since perhaps nobody else made that one.

Here's a 22 second clip from later in the show when Jay tried to introduce the next guest and Jim Carrey was rolling all over the desk, lol. He literally fell right in front of Amanda's legs, lol.
