the one disapointment i had was that Amanda was not included in the 5 pictures behind the can of Hairspray.

Amanda can actually sing according to belovedofangels
One of my friends is from Denver, where Hairspray the musical has toured before, with him being able to be an intern backstage for the tour. Because of this, he has become friends with Mr. Harvey Fierstein (who was a key to the casting process of the movie). Through his connections, he was able to get a hold of the soundtrack for the musical ahead of time, and let me listen to it last week.
I admit, at first I was hesitant about Amanda Bynes as Penny...and also about Zac Efron as Link, but when I listened to the soundtrack, i was pleasantly surprised. Amanda Bynes can actually sing! I was so surprised!

It must be very new, I was just at the site yesterday.

I cant wait to see it but the site is not working, it will not load the flash right now, Ill check back later. I hope there a part of her singing in the trailer.

The intro is very good.
Amanda looks pretty in it.

I finaly got to see the website. It looks good, not much ont here yet, but theres still a long while till its out. They probably dont have a video preview ready yet.

Yep!I hope this movie willbe as great or even greter then the others and with many many funny scenes.
