After all the rumors for like 2 weeks that Amanda is going to be in this movie its finally true! I love Queen Laftia and I'm glad that she is in this film as well! Wouldn't be funny if this movie came out before Lovewrecked too?

Wow this is great news. Since this is a broadway musical adaptation she will have a lot of singing parts in this movie. You know, after reading this rumor for the last 2 weeks I really believed it wasnt true. Im glad it is though. Thanks pranksalot for finding this news. Wow, im so excited about this.

I heard it will start filming this summer. Amanda also said in an article that there where 2 movies she had for the summer. This is great.

I dont know whats going on with Lovewrecked

I can't see her being a very good singer, I don't know why, you can just kinda tell by peoples voices if they will be a good singer or not.

Holy, that a long time, like a year and a half from now. There'll be a lot of hype around these forums leading up to it.

Its going to film in August in Canada, so we might have some stuff around then. But its going to be a year of editing, sound, and stuff so we robably wont get to much durring that time.

The lead role of the movie is someone unknown that is supposedly a very good singer, named Nikki Blonsky. The co-star is Brittany Snow (Link to her in Starlets) from the TV show American Dreams. Amanda has a smaller part along with John Travolta, Queen Latifah, and Michelle Pfeiffer. Im not saying there very small parts, but its not the lead role of the movie. Its still a good role for her, look at all the really big names in this movie, its sure to have a lot of hype around it and it give Amanda a chance to show us something different.

Robair reports that Zach Efron is now added to the cast. I dont know him, I looked on IMDB, he is someone from the Disney Channel.
