NO "new" Fanhost members???

It seems several people have tried to join Fanhost, & they are not receiving their email confirmations to do so!!!
Is there anyone that can fix this PROBLEM???

Good question. We seem to be very light in the admin area and have been so for some time.

I don't remember receiving any kind of registration email when I joined. I just started posting after lurking for a couple of years. This email thing must be relatively new.

Yes, current registration requires confirmation through the emailed link. Without that, you can NOT post!

To me the steps were all right. I received the mail confirmation with my "new" password and then, I'm here.

Where's Mark, Jan and Rory?

Same here, Bill. The email verification system needs to be scrapped.
I've opened another thread in the Admin Forum about this.

If we have no admin help then the board is screwed.
It seems clear now that the TeenHollywood group wanted Fanhost for the fan sites alone and now they have them the forum can go to hell.

I don't see the point in continuing here if things aren't going to improve.

The only one who can nominate other members to be an administrator or supermod is Marc. I don't know about Jan and Rory if they can do the same thing, but they disappeared. At least Marc I see him online from time to time.

Well, let's all send ESP thoughts for Marc then! Hopefully, he will show up soon & fix this problem & maybe even turn administrative responsibilities over to someone ???
