Adding Pics !! plz Help !!

for some reason i cannot add pictures when i click upload pictures it doesnt do anything ive tried all my browsers firefox .. flock .. IE.. does the same thing plz help cant make a fansite if i cant add pics

All I can do is create an album but I can't add images. The homepage still displays the 'no pictures' message. I've noticed several other fansites with no photo albums. They also appear to have been created then abandoned in default mode. It seems others have had similar difficulties. I can judge by the lack of response from the administrator that this is a low priority issue.
