Waiting for Reply/ 3 Months Now.

I've been waiting for a reply on my request for a site for 3 months now. How long does it normally take? Does this mean it won't be accepted any time soon?

We'll be launching a (much improved) fan site platform shortly. Please hang in there - we'll send out an e-mail to all who applied to the old system and you'll be able to sign up immediately and start building your site
