I would love to start a Tyler Shamy fanhost site but I only know basic HTML. Do you need to know really complex stuff to run a fanhost? Like, enough to be able to make a layout?

I would say yes.. well it does depend what you know and don't know... what was your past Host?

Hi Brinafiest

We're launching something new in the next week or two that will allow you to build & manage a site without having to have any HTML or technical knowledge. It'll be really easy to adjust the layout, etc... stay tuned!!!

Yes, you will still be able to use HTML in some areas. You'll also have full access to modify the CSS (stylesheets) to really customize the look & feel.
