Where do you find the FTP information

I can only find some of the info to connect how do I find all of it

Protocol
Login
Password
Host
Port

And why does it keep disconnecting!

I think you're referring to the fansite hosting.

The additional information you're asking for is now listed on the portal at http://www.fanhost.com/account.php?t=viewsites

Just sign into your account and then go to that URL.
