Default Loading timeout

Does someone else also have this problem sometimes?

cause it happens from time to time to me, when I want to post something, when refreshing or just tryoing to open a site.

the I get this error message which tells me "network timeout"

anyone knows anything about this problem?
I only have it here

I had this happen a few times and I have to refresh to get it to work.

It's happened to me a few times, but the refresh button does work.
