Why can't we have a "Harry Potter" trail forum?

Why can't we have a "Harry Potter" trial forum? I started a topic on the suggestion forum on the old one and we had about 11 votes or so, but we never got one. One girl even said she'd post more if there was a "Harry Potter" forum. Why can't was just try it out? Please???? If it booms, I won't ask for another one again. I just think it deserves a chance.

a harry potter forum would be really good idea ive been obsessive about it since the book first came out

I don't understand why we can't have one, either. They are vary popular movies.
