Submitting Avatars?

Big Poppa mentioned in another thread the idea that we could submit custom avatars to be added to the other pre-definated ones.

I'm just wondering if that's possible because I'd have no problem designing some, upon approval of course.

you can easily pick out avatars you want to use too

I just want some reassurance here that if I make some, they won't be completely wasted and that the admins will at least consider adding them.
