Forum software upgraded

We've upgraded to the latest version of vBulletin (3.6.8). There shouldn't be any issues, but if you notice anything broken, please let me know. (Thanks to Vulture for letting me know about the update!)

Just a security & bugfix update.

Not related to this last update but, the "Quick reply to the messege" button(the one next to the quote button) still doesn't work.

^For me it does the same thing as the quote button. What should the quick reply button even do?

It used to send me to the "Quick Reply" box and if I clicked "Quote message in reply?" it would automatically insert the quote from whatever message I had clicked the button on. Pretty much it just saved time because I didn't have to go to a full reply page.
