well, losing weight is not easy. the funny thing is that people always tell me I lost weight cause I look thinner, but I always ask myself, WHERE I should have lost weight, cuase I always think I gain more weight anstead of losing, but somehow the scale also tells me I´m not as heavy as I thought I am.

You should lose weight out of your own will, to be healthy above any other reasoning, and certainly not just blindly followingsum celeb's path(say no to the Nicole Ritchie path, please!).

Unrealistic beauty standards aside i've always been sort of of shocked when I see stats thrown around like 50-60% of Americans are obese. The birth of fast-food generated cheap and easy food, being overworked, stressed out.

Congratulations, but you should find a healthier motivator. Celebrities are forced to lose weight or else they don't get the leading roles because a much thinner actor looks better on camera. Apparently, 10 pounds are added to you when you're on cam, but it's really a wide distortion.

But anyway, although looking good is important to people, you should lose weight to be healthy if your extra weight is giving you complications. If it's just to look good, well then you're free to do so. Allz I'm saying is that you shouldn't use celebs for motivation, they're the worse examples anyone can use.

Besides, it's best that you instead begin to come acquainted with your self-image and accept who you are and be comfortable under your skin before looking at others and admiring them.

Admire yourself.

Touch yourself.

I thought it was actually some good advice. The time to concentrate on your better features, try and see yourself as others really do.

I'm so fat, I need a crane to get in and out of my house. I sometimes spread my schmegma on my bagel when I run out of cream cheese. I haven't seen my nether regions in years.
