Default Men you like but shouldn't like.

They may be old or not "classically handsome" or just plain bad but you like 'em!

Am I going to hell?

2 hotties together!

(Missy, I hope this thread is ok here, I didn't think it belonged anywhere else).

I hope that your father was not an ugly dwarf who liked beating you up while dressed up in cheapo russian suits which are probably made out of nylon.

I have a fetish for martin amis. I shouldn't because he writes terrible novels, but one admires his high conversational style.

And I have a shameful love of the pianist helene grimaud. She destroys all my favourite music with her appalling piano style. But, on the other hand, she lives with wolves and has a cupboard full of dead animals.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Her piano style isn't terrible.... just different.

Her synesthesia is a bit of a turn on, but the dead animals in a freezer is a bit of a turn off.

Thanks Missy! Nice to see you around.

I knew darko would understand my slightly unusual taste. And Moshe, I don't think it's an Oedipus thing or even the power that attracts me (Bush has zero sex appeal).

In another life Ahmadinejad and Bush would be real chummy. They're basically the same person (although it seems abundantly obvious that Ahmadinejad is a slightly less retarded version of GWB.)

Both countries really need to turn down the jingoist rhetoric thou. Ahmadinejad, while a firebrand, is practically in castrato, arcebic wit notwithstanding.

Putin EWWWWWWWWWW. Maybe if casual incesitive humor is your bag. Remember that "mic malfunction" where he was joking about the rape allegations against Kasav with Olmert and the microphone was inadvertently left on.

Anyways:

Not Sienna Miller. Serious.

PS: The Aphex Twin/Flock of Seagulls mashup darko posted is pretty dope.

Well I didn't think you were that sick!

I appreciate there's no decent logic to support my feelings but I kind of got that anyway.

I like the first Putin picture with the sunglasses. He's probably pissed his doctor ordered prescription shades/frames and those are extremely expensive. So he took a trip to China town were he found the Tommy Hilfiger design that was last year's model (hence no warranty included). You get the picture?

Either that or he took sum pics to cast for the next villain for James Bond(brits and their russian stereotypes ehh?), or an extra from Doctor Zhivago, I could see him pulling Yevgraf off.

Godbless Russia and the creator of artificial turf for beating England tonight. One more victory at Tel Aviv and those poms are out of Euro 08.

Only Aussies call us "poms" and who cares, England are in the World Cup final and Scotland lost. Happy days.

Hear that Thud? That's the amount of people who care about Rugby. Nobody cares about Rugby. The press will write about it as to take sum of the loss from another underachievement from Ingurland. Rooney once again flirting the line of greatness and disaster. I've never seen a player so young fail so much. Dida has probably damaged my mental health with his blunders, but Paul Robinson always finds a way to top him.

Scotland was a feel good story and when push comes to shove there's no way they would have beaten Italy.

That's like saying no one cares about American football, which no one outside of the US does, so it's relative.
You ask an Aussie or a Kiwi how they feel about Rugby. They don't give a toss about "soccer".

I think if you tell that to a Rugby team, you should prepare to be tenderised.

Go team!

Trust me you don't want to compare the popularity of rugby to football "worldwide", because at the end you know you'd end up losing that argument.

Australia/New Zealand(Oceania) account for what, 0.7% of the world population? Getta out of here. The football world cup is probably the biggest sporting event in the world. A nation relatively new to the sport(America) held one of the most financially succesful Cups in the last few years, when there wasn't even hype around the sport. Now you'll find even the most casual layman on the street interested or to sum degree having the knowledge of what's going on.

Find me more than 5 people outside of the UK and Oceania who know the Rugby WC is being played ATM.

I do. Not crazy about it or anything, but I've been to a couple of matches. In contrast, I don't know a thing about American Football.

Wow, did you even read my post? I never compared football to rugby. The only comparison I made was to how rugby is seen in the US and how AMERICAN FOOTBALL is seen in the rest of the world.
I would have to be blind not to know that "soccer" is the world's #1 sport. I do live in England, it is a very big deal. 99% of all 10 year old boys want to be a "soccer" player.

You're right, such tiny populations, who cares what they think! Oh you are so much more American than you like to think. Yes, they're small counties (not in size) so they don't matter... plus they don't have oil so screw them.
Funny.
Next time, try replying to what I actually say, not to what you wanted me to say.
Here football is the game of the masses, rugby is generally only played by the upper-middle classes. That is Rugby Union, League is different again.
