At the moment it's 4 pure beeswax candles that give the house just a hint of honey smell. Does anyone else use the long narrow candles? Is there a trick to getting them to burn all the way down or do they have to cut off every now and again to stop them flooding the wick? Candles are also cool because there's the hot wax, but that might be a different thread. ![]() |

| I buy candles, mostly the thick ones that sit on their own, no holders needed. And those flood the wick even more so I usually bump some out. As for the scent I pick soft aromas, no spicy scents. I currently have a "cotton scented" candle. I didn't know cotton had a scent. |

I'm f*cking addicted to Dusk candles. Seriously, they sell them at a discount if you buy 10, and I did that like 3 weeks ago, but that only fueled the addiction and I had to buy another 10 today. Shlt, if I'm not careful I'm gonna be going through like 20 a day. |

I always mix it up and get some of my favourites and some I've never even smelt. This mix was: 2 X Cherry Blossom (Osaka) which is a gorgeous warm, light cherry blossom scent. 2 x Love, is a rose, but its got a super musky base, so its not as sweet and artificial as most rose candles. Vienna, Cranberry and vanilla. THis is one of my favourites. Sahara, a deep, dark vanilla, don't know how it will go, haven't tried it yet. Rio, a sweet smelling jasmine and magnolia, I find this perfect for the kitchen. Honolulu, a frangipani scent, can't review it as haven't burnt it yet. Tibet, lychee and black tea, another beautiful scent for the kitchen. Parisian, a full blown musk. Christ, I sound like their PR girl! Seriously, if you ever get the chance you should try them. THey're reasonably priced and the scents are heavenly. |
