Default Throwing junk out

Missy will be proud.

yesterday I spent the day at a theatre I work at cleaning out a load of junk that has just been lying around for years. It took me about 6 hours and I dragged old carpet up and down stairs, and loads of old timber. All up about 8-10 cubic metres of junk went into the skip, probably 2-3 tonnes worth.

Now it all looks clean and empty and would be perfect for Missy's like of cleaning. I am however in a considerable amount of pain with every muscle of my body aching.

NOOOOOO! You're giving me nightmares! *feels cold*

But I will come and scrub the floorboards and get everything all nice and shiny, though.

Seriously, apparently a soak in Epsom salts helps with muscle aches.

See I didn't do that sweeping of the floor boards part. It's covered in dust and dirt and there's a lovely trail of dust and dirt right through the theatre that I couldn't be bothered cleaning up.

I'm back in there today doing another probably 10 hours work, so the Epsom salts will need to wait.

Ouch..... Damn, good luck with that. There's nothing worse than having to sweep up dust.

Sadly it didn't work out that way and I spent a lot of time on top of the ladder rigging lights over head. It turns out I was mistaken when I said every muscle was aching. There were some that weren't but that's now been taken care of and they all are.

I'm in the middle of a huge house cleansing right now. 8 garbage bags full of clothes going to the Salvation Army so they can overcharge the poor people who have to shop there. And undercharge the hipsters who shop there.

I have a friend who's a hoarder. Intervention level where there's a path through the house between the boxes piled high in most of the rooms. I've offered to clean her place out...a big skip, in it all goes. If stuff is piled so high you can't get to it then obviously you don't need it.

Depends what you mean by "need"? Maybe your friend has a psychological need for her so-called clutter?

That may be the case, or may have been the case, but she has started emptying the place out from time to time. When every room is wall to wall, ceiling high, boxes and stuff it's possibly quite an overwhelming task though.
