IMPORTANT Use American rice not oriental rice. Oriental rice sticks together in a big glob because it has the sticky, starchy hull attached. American rice has the hull removed. | Newbie | I visited the site, excellent! All that wondering about how to cook adzuki bean, is now solved! So many of them recipes! I now know that it is called red bean in Chinese, and it is much cheaper to buy them from a Chinese supermarket in the UK than any healthfood shops. Yippie! | Newbie | Thank YOU for showing us that! It's good to have some authentic Asian recipes written and explained by Asians. I used to unsuccesfully do egg fried rice from fresh rice and got them all sticky. I now make use of my left over boiled rice, and it turns out just right. |
