Did you know that Sgt. James Crowley, who arrested Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates, has taught a course entitled "Racial Profiling"?

both sides are wrong on this issue and i don't think Crowley is actually a prejudice person, unlike some people here... Crowley was just having a bad day, and Gates pushed his buttons a bit too much... the fact that Crowley entered gates home unwarranted could be the cause of issue here. you cannot enter a persons home without warrant or probable cause. mere heresy isn't a valid reason either.
