aside from the boring facts you've been laid waste to these past years, months, hours, minutes, seconds, etc... i bring you a new fact!

fanhost has never had a celeb forum centered around a black-american or wholly asian-american!

i laugh at the subtle prejudices the admins who run this site have. don't mention that if the forums were made they would generate low posts as there are a LOT of forums that don't generate any posts and are still up...

bill that isn't a forum but rather a thread. there have been threads centered around a black person but never a forum which was the point of the topic and revealing the racist views fanhost with-holds.

In other news, fanhost isn't a trail-blazing anti-racist site, it's a celebrity fan-based forum. It responds to its fan base. Which means

well, i won't say my mistake as it seems to annoy you.

1) I wouldn't mind seeing black artists and I doubt fanhost took a consensus amongst its users polling whether people want to see black artists on the site or not. The higher ups merely conjured that thought up, thus they are racist.

2) will smith, denzel washington, tyra banks, oprah, forrest whitaker, samuel l.jackson, are all celebs who are prominently known and more popular than channing tatum or 90210, etc...

@MSfixR: the forum reflects the membership but fanhost only has had caucasians actors from the start of fanhost, thus caucasian users joined the site as it only catered to caucasians in general. fanhost has never had a black or wholly asian forum. if it had, we would probably see more ethnic people here. the site and members reflect the adminstrators who run the site, thus the admins are racist no matter how you put it.

moot point 1) well an ethnic forum might not generate a lot of activity... look at most of the forums at the beginning of the page. they have no activity and hardly any posts.

moot point 2) well the members probably don't want ethnic forums... unless you took a concensus, you wouldn't know that.

moot point 3) most members are white... most member are white due to how fanhost is run. more ethnic celebs would generate more ethnic and diverse people.

Much as I'd possibly visit a forum for the likes of Samuel l Jackson and denzel Washington it'd probably not do to well. I'd think that forums toother white stars such as Harvey Keitel and Al Pacino would fair just the same even though they're white.

fanhost stars aren't necessarily the best actors or most famous, just the flavour of the day. Probably the reason why I don't venture outside the culture and tech forums.

Phobos, there is nothing from preventing you from starting a thread in Stars or Starlets for your favorite ethnic actor. Then see what happens.
