BTW, had the best wood-grilled salmon for dinner tonight. It was served with fresh asparagus and the tiniest shoestring potatoes over Romano crusted tomatoes and citrus pesto. It was preceeded by a Ceasar salad (dressing made from scratch by not at the table) and a couple of glasses of Chardonnay. Dessert was Creme Brulee. Brio
