Dead? Latin is still being taught all over the world. Want to be a Doc and you learn Latin. It was one of the four languages offered in my school (secondary not college or Uni).

Yes, though, you're right I admit. English is a great language and it's always great to go to another country thousands of miles away and hearing the little differences.

Latin is regarded as a dead language because no one converses in it on a day to day basis. True, our foreign language in high school was Latin, but it was not taught so that we could converse in to but because it is the basis for so many other languages and as an example of how languages are constructed.

Talking about myself, I can't speak english in the same ways that I do with portuguese because of millions of reasons. But my main point is my pronunciation. I'll record some english words and you and the others will analyse them and say if I'm saying them correctly.

I'd say you got it almost. I don't really know if my Blackmask version is right or yours.
