Major Muslim groups are pushing for it today. If they get it then ALL Muslims will fall under it's control, with Govt endorsement we will find one level of Sharia Law and all others who believe in it or not face with the same treatment.

This is of course not the end of things, they hope to take full legal jurisdiction over Muslims then the rest of the UK. We Appease them far too often and need to take a stand. Stop giving into demands.
