We have a workplace safety audit going on next week. Not a lot of stress around it since we have a good safety record and are very safety conscious. Everyone gets protective clothing such as glasses, safety boots, and a very fashionable bright orange visible thing so the forklift drivers can line us up properly.

And of course no one can ask someone to do something that is unsafe. Not like the good old days at all.

The vertigo is kicking in just looking at those pics.

Good luck, it's probably like when state comes to scope out the daycare. Not much fun having someone look over your shoulder taking notes on you & the environment.

I think this is more an internal audit to keep check on ourselves. The external audits on safety at the place have all given good results though, so not much concern there either.

You'd be amazed how dangerous some occupations still are. The good old days aren't over just yet.
