This was 56k days and I was on 7 wanks a day on average. Desperate times. We discovered that one of the mags was some crazy gimp urine s!hit, double page spread in centre had some hideous pic, can't remember what exactly, but we stuck it up at a bus stop around the corner from a catholic girls school (replaced the map). Walked away to the sound of much shrieking... those were the days. Kids today they aren't alright. |

The story itself is truly sickening, it makes ones stomach turn. This is directly linked to the low level of education people have and it's gotten to the point were one can only be desensitized by such stories. Hindus vs. muslims. christians vs. muslims, morons basing the old testament as the foundation of their faith, honor killing, kids with guns at schools. We all have the ability to be affected by our cultural surroundings up to a certain age when we've developed our sense of self enough that we have some kind of inherent sense of right and wrong, one would hope by the age of 12 must would have it. But yeah. If there was truly a god, he would have pressed restart by now. That's all i'm saying. Last edited by Captain Beefheart : 03-08-2008 at 06:07 AM. |

By belting the kid in the mouth one time, I'd save face. Sorry but I wouldn't chance being teased nonstop through high school for someones lifestyle which I don't even think is right. As an adult it wouldn't bother me so much. Unless some dude does something totally inappropriate I'd let it slide. |

You would club a guy for the FEAR of being associated with a homosexual? No offense, but **** YOU. No really **** YOU. People shouldn't be allowed to feel too comfortable with their own prejudices. You can't be that dense Spin. This is sadder than Dane Cook rehasing jokes at extraordinary volumes. Sadder than the guest of Colbert months ago trying to dispute his "Science of Gaydar" and homosexuality being linked to certain traits like the positioning of the thumb in relation to the hand and a counterclockwise swirl in the back of one's hair. Sad s!hit man. Last edited by Captain Beefheart : 03-09-2008 at 03:44 AM. |

It's a reactionary coward move with no merits behind it. There's this false notion that homosexuality is right or wrong, and it's somehow up for debate within the public discourse. If you are discriminating against someone for the sole reason of their sexual preference or gender identity, than your wrong. There is no debate, you're just a bigot, and wrong. You remind me of the type that gets all nervous about gays checking them out in the shower. It speaks volumes about how they personally perceive sex. They tend to be the hyper-heterosexually aggressive type, they can't understand that there is more to a person's character than just who they f!uck. most of these same people think that lesbians are awesome, because every woman they see is an object of their sexuality. Since every woman is either something they'd like to f!uck or something they'd f!uck but not tell their friends about, it's only natural to assume that every gay is either fantasizing about butt-f!ucking them or wouldn't touch their busted ass without a copious amount of cranberry-tinis, and both of those situations are confusing and scary to their frail little egos. Objectification is all fun and games until it's a straight man under the microscope. ![]() Last edited by Captain Beefheart : 03-09-2008 at 04:12 AM. |

Of course someone else's homosexuality is all about how it affects you, and what other people will think about you. Beefy's explained this kind of aggressive reaction perfectly, it speaks volumes about the attacker. There's only one reason someone would fear this kind of association so strongly. |

This allows them to still feel comfortable with their beliefs, because, you know, their bigotry is just a "difference of opinion." I will not hold the hand of people who hold unfounded prejudices and walk them through their backward-ass thinking. That being said, in terms of dealing with die-hard bigots(i'm not directing this as Spin just a general thought), neither thoughtful dialogue nor vitriolic attacks are going to alter their perceptions. Dealing with people who are "just slightly bigoted," or guys who are "cool with **** as long as they dont hit on me," it's better to call them out and take a clear stand that that's not acceptable at all. That atittude comes from a feeling of entitlement or superiority, and it's better to shut that down than work from within it. They might recoil initially, but if they keep getting the same response from enough people, it will reinforce that they are the ones with the problem, not the other way around and that's the REAL goal we should be working towards. |
