| Most important meal of the day. I just cooked some bacon. No pictures of the actual bacon strips but this is as close: ![]() The hash browns are next. And last but never the least: the scrambled eggs with bits of ham and scallions. Followed by English muffins with butter and jam, black coffee with light creme and OJ. What's your typical breakfast? Mine isn't typical for me because I rarely eat breakfast, but when I do, I go All-American. Last edited by Avis Phlox : 06-03-2007 at 10:55 AM. |

What I'd have in the perfect world; crispy bacon, fried egg, sausage, baked beans, black pudding, mushrooms on a Staffordshire Oat Cake... with lots of Earl Grey. Oh well, if I have time for breakfast at home, its cereal (cold or hot depending on the season), juice and coffee. If I'm rushed, I'll grab a bagel or muffin at work (free if I can wait for the seminar). On Saturday I fix eggs and bacon or sausage with toast or pancakes with sausage. |

How can you do such a horrible thing to your coffee! ![]() Anyhow, I start by shotgunning a glass of OJ; then it's coffee and carbs, coffee: black, carbs vary: hot or cold cereal, bagel, toast, cake, whatever. While I'm eating that I get the eggs going, usually scrambled because I'm lazy, when the eggs are ready it's usually time for more coffee. And that's about it. |

| Newbie | Hi friends, I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I thought this topic is quite interesting and I also have had a question regarding it, so let's make a post on this thread. so I am not a morning person so I rarely have time for breakfast. What is something that I can grab quickly (like at a drive-up or gas station) that is extremely healthy? |
