Teacher with Kiddy Pron

In 2002 an Arizona High School teacher was tried and sentenced to 400 years in prison for possession of kiddy pornography. They charged a separate count for each of the pictures he possessed which was 40.

He filed an appeal under cruel and unusual punishment for a life term without possibility of parole, it would be 200 years before he became eligible, which was taken up by the AZ Appeals Court. The Appeals Court agreed that to much prison time was given. They reduced it to 200 years. (<----haha)

Last week his last appeal with the AZ Supreme court ended, they kept the 200 year sentence.

He had his sentenced halved, he should be quite happy with that. If they put him in general population that should shorten his stay even further.

Hey, if we locked up everyone like this, maybe it would cut down on kiddie porn users. Hey, I'm all for porn...I could watch it 24/7 But kiddie porn is one of the most sick, disgusting things on the planet. I think his punishment was just. Let's see some more of it.

Why am I not surprised by a teacher getting charged for kiddie porn. It seems to be a growing trend with school teachers.
