| I only ask for ridiculously expensive things that range in the thousands of dollars. This year I asked for one of them fancy Panasonic HD video cameras, A new guitar amp and a new guitar. Well, I didn't really ask for this stuff. It's just things I tend to talk about all the time whether it's Christmas or not. What I actually did ask for was money, because I wanted to start saving up to either buy myself the camera or open a comic book store in the future. |

| Mu nótahu ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Are you willing to ascribe less irrationality to a lack of belief in the existence of the deities of ancient Greek or Norse mythology or to those in The Lord of the Rings or to Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy, as you are to a lack of belief in the deities of any of this world's religions? Is "It's possible, but I don't believe it" a sufficiently good answer for God or for Santa Claus? Is there something psychological going on here? Clearly, I'm missing something. Can you help me understand what I'm missing? Does Santa drop the goods in non-christian househoulds?(muslim's hindus, jews, buddihsts' children, there are more than 2 billion children in the world and that'd help reduce he's workload to 15% according to the lastest Population Bureau. Assuming Santa runs his corporation like a feudalistic patriarchy things can be very efficient in delivery when you consider all the different time zones and restrains. Now the moral dilemma. There are good children who do not recieve gifts right?. This also has to be taken into account. I don't hate on Santa tho. Santa's doing good work out there. He may have started out with the establishment, but I would say now he's a subversive element in christianity. Though he is also very pro-globalization, pro-capitlisism, pro-cheap exploited labor. PS: By my calculations... 72% of all schizophrenics begin their jog down the rabbit hole the moment they find out that Santa Claus isn't real, that people lie en masse for no reason, and that all the magic is gone forever.
